No, it is free to apply for an apartment with SMARTLEASING! After you are approved, you will have the option to pay a reservation fee to hold your apartment.
What parking options are available at this community?
St. Andrews has reserved, covered parking, surface lot parking and detached garages. Residents are also able to reserve their lot parking space for a fee.
