We make it easy – pick your new place, give us some info about you, and click submit.  You only pay once you’re approved, to reserve the apartment for your move-in date.  It’s really that easy!

With SMARTPACKAGE, we take the stress of package delivery away, making the process of ordering things online much easier. Our touch-less package locker system is designed to secure packages that you can pick up any time of day, providing a worry free experience.

Once you’re a resident with Venterra, you’re family. We understand the importance of keeping everything in your apartment working, so we have a 48-Hour Service Guarantee. Service requests are guaranteed to be completed within 48 hours of being submitted, Guaranteed.

This is your home and it should feel like it! Did you know you can request someone to come hang shelves or curtains or tv wall-mounts? In fact, we would actually prefer that you to let us install your flat screen wall-mount! Just submit a service request for handy-man services and we’ll get you taken care of.
