We love living at the Vinings! This property is quiet, safe and all the neighbors are so welcoming. The leasing office staff is AMAZING! They are so helpful and have such a welcoming energy. Any issue you may encounter is fixed quickly and the actual complex remains cleans.

I give 5 stars to Monica. As soon as we walked through the door she greeted us with extreme enthusiasm. I love her personality! She was extremely detailed and thorough in the guided tour. At the end of our tour she remembered that we had two young ones and went out her way to make sure that they had something special from the office. I wish everyone had this type of customer service. Thank you monica!

This apt. complex has excellent office management communication! They are on top of everything from maintenance to unknown cars in visitor and handicap parking areas. The apartments are in a very well lit location across from Dulles High School a great location, right at Hwy 59/69 in two directions. I could not have picked a better choice this time around.

The Vinings are definitely the place to be, the community is kept clean and nice, office staff (shut out to Khori) and maintenance staff (shut out to Salvador) are always there for you taking care of you whenever it’s needed, always friendly, always communicative, always fast, always realizable, always a pleasure to make that call or create a work order, knowing that you will be taken care of!
