I was taken by surprise & was in love with our new apartment at the Villas! Hunter went above & beyond for us & made certain we had everything we needed for move in. She took her time with me on move in day, escorted me to the apartment & explained everything I needed to know. She called me the next day to make sure everything was still going well. When I’ve seen Hunter since move in, she greets me by name. I’ve never been so loved & cared for by my apartment community. The maintenance crew is also the absolute best. Terry & his team go above & beyond to make certain everything is in working order here. I LOVE IT HERE!! We are definitely at home at the Villas. I am PROUD to live here at the Villas! I was at a very low point in life & experiencing challenges that I’ve never had to face before. I was completely stressed out by moving & Hunter literally was my saving grace through the entire “short” process of moving into the Villas. I cannot say enough positive & amazing things regarding Hunter & everyone here at the Villas!

I have lived here for a number of years. we have had the pleasure of having the same staff in maintenance and leasing office for a number of years. it is very important to have stability and a Friendly face working in your community.

All staff personnel are courteous and helpful to answer questions and solving issues. Grounds are maintained well. Feel safe on grounds and in apartment. I would re new if I was not wanting to be closer to family and friends.

This is a great place to live. The staff here is friendly. Great location to the airport If you travel a lot. All the stores are close as well. I must say the application process was painless. Thank you.

Ms. Ann was awesome! she was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel like I was at home immediately took her time to give me a tour and explained everything well. If I had to recommend anyone to apply for this apartment and live in the community, it would be a no hesitation for me.

This is a great community. Both scenic and purposeful. Pet friendly with a good sized dog park. The staff is professional and friendly and more than up to their tasks. My apartment is very well designed.
