The most beautiful apartments in North Richland Hills, with great views, responsive office management. Within walking distance of stores, restaurants, grocery store, and a variety of other inviting stores. It is the best apartments I have ever encountered. You will meet many neighbors on your walks, all friendly.

Venue at Hometown is my home…and I love it. Management is the lugged in to issues and promptly addresses any/all concerns. I would/ have recommended Venue as a wonderful place to call home.

The Venue at Hometown is a wonderful community to live in. It’s a beautiful neighborhood with easy access to everything around. It truly gives you that Hometown feeling from the minute you move in. The office staff and the maintenance guys are so happy to help and answer any questions. I truly recommend this community if you were looking for an apartment.

My husband and I were very impressed with the community. However, due to physical limitations, I need ro be on the first floor is there isn't an elevator. The leasing agent was very helpful, professional and friendly.

Our air conditioning had a slow leak. Rather it got backed up with water. A gentleman came and fixed it very soon. I’ve been living here 7 years and this is the third maintenance issue I’ve had. The management did the three requests very quick!!! Just another reason I like living here (the Venue). Thank you!!!

Venue at hometown is by far the best complex I have lived at in the HEB/ North Richland Hills area. The office staff is friendly, responsive and very professional. The complex has a lot for residents to enjoy like eateries, a pub, public library, walking trails and other fun activities. We live walking distance to NRH20 and the new Peppa Pig Amusement park.

I believe Venue at Hometown truly cares about the people who call this their home. We believe we are certainly blessed to have found Hometown and there was a unit available when we needed it.

Our family had to find a place to live within a weeks time, during the Thanksgiving Holiday week 2022. We were able to move in with very little issues. The staff did everything they could to help us get into our apartment during an extremely emotional time. We have now been here for almost 2 years and we plan on staying for at least 2 more years for our children to finish High School at the local school. The community that the staff has built is fantastic. My husband is not always here because of work, and I always feel safe. I know the staff as much as they have on their plate, watch out for their residents. I am so grateful to have found this little community that I firmly believe have become part of our village.

I am very happy with my apartment at Venue at Hometown and the surrounding area. It is a safe community with friendly neighbors and restaurants within walking distance plus a grocery store and more. I have a beautiful view right outside my patio. The office employees are there to help and answer your questions. They nave genuine concerns for your needs. I highly recommend you check out the community. .

The community is marvelous! Kara was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and was able to answer my questions with ease. I was most impressed that she reached out to me to let me know the unit I was interested in, a few weeks before, was available to walk through, and invited me to do so. Venue at Home is the best residence I have ever found. I only wish I had known about it sooner. I feel very safe here. There are restaurants and stores within walking distance including a grocery store. What more could a person ask for. Venue at Home has everything to come home to.

Kara was tremendous help! The only thing I noticed that was less than superb was the leaves in the swimming pool but is not tremendously important for off season. Everything else is fabulous. Also I have a daughter and son-in-law that live here and absolutely love the community!

I love The Venue. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to restaurants, a grocery store, a library, a city recreation center, a hockey rink, a high school, a coffee shop, barre classes, a spa, and now a pottery business. The management and maintenance team are open to suggestions, and they correct any issues promptly. The grounds are lovely and the apartment layouts are varied and unique. You should live here!!

I actually found you by mistake. I was looking for a different complex, and stubbled into yours. I was pleasantly surprised. Kara instantly took great care of me. Out of all of the complexes I went to that day she is the only one that reached out to me same day! I didn't feel like I was wasting her time.

The leasing agent has been outstanding with answering questions and following up before/after appointments. I met and did my in person tour with the community manager yesterday and she was extremely helpful and kind to me. They have made me feel at ease about my decision to move into this community and I am excited to continue work with them on finding the right unit for me.
