Regina and her staff including maintenance do an amazing job at putting residents first. They are all good problem-solvers, listeners, and communicators. They keep the grounds, our units in working order as well as clean. Staff is very available and approachable. Our community is safe, occasionally I walk at night. The upgrade in the gate with cameras is a plus!
The staff here have been really nice, accommodating, and welcoming in my application and leasing process. Amani has been amazing since I’ve been living here.

All maintenance issues are taken care of very quickly and efficiently. They respect your time by completing the service requests quickly which in turn makes it much more enjoyable to live here.

Timberlane has been my home a long time. I appreciate all they do to keep us safe, our community clean, and to communicate changes. I like the valet services, signage, and new pickle ball court, and that we will be getting updates in the pool house.

This is a great place to live. I like the security of the entry gate and the covered parking is definitely a plus. The grounds are well kept and I especially like the keyless entry and being able to control my thermostat from anywhere.

I like living at Timberlane Village Apartments. I have lived here since November 2020. I like the convenience of the suauna, swimming pool and hot tub being open from 10am to 10pm everyday for those that need it. I greatly appreciate and needed it for therapy for myself because of a injury I have.
