I had a great experience with the leasing office and the staff at the apartment. The entire process, from scheduling the tour to signing the lease and moving in, was very smooth thanks to Kimberlee, Samantha, and Allison’s great help. The apartment is beautiful, and the location is excellent. I strongly recommend it.

I have never lived anywhere as quiet, homey, or respectful (tenants and office). I’d say everyone pretty much keeps to themselves, but I’ve honestly never felt safer.

I've been living here for almost 4 years and I couldn't feel happier and prouder. Excellent management and maintenance team. A big reason why I am still here. They are always ready to help out with a smile and have always responded to any of our needs in a timely manner. I can't recommend The Phoenix enough to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the quality of these apartments. The facilities, including the gym, pool, and club room, are always clean and well-maintained, making it easy to enjoy them. The maintenance staff is incredibly responsive and efficient, promptly addressing any issues with professionalism and care. Additionally, the management team is friendly and always goes above and beyond to ensure we feel valued and heard. The beautifully landscaped grounds add to the overall appeal of living here. I highly recommend The Phoenix to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to call home.?

The Phoenix is hands down the best complex in Fort Worth! The staff is great. The management team and maintenance team has been there for years and they always go above and beyond to help with anything. The pool area is not loud and over crowded. It’s just a pleasure to be part of the Phoenix’s community. I have lived here since 2018.

Very fast service. The lights were installed professionally and completely. The outside flower pots were attached to the balcony railing and were very sturdy. The birds have already returned and are looking for this years nesting spots. I am very pleased with the quickness and accuracy. Thanks

I have lived at the Phoenix since 2018 and I still love it. The community is amazing and the all of the staff really go out of the way to take care of the residents. One thing that really sticks out is the management company…it’s been the same since I moved in. I hear so many horrible stories about complex's constantly changing owners and things go south. I don’t feel I have to worry about that at the Phoenix!
