I really love this community for the maintenance team, staff onsite, amenities, and the wonderful covered parking in Orlando. You can’t find that anywhere else and especially at this price. I love being a resident here.

Apartment living has never been this awesome! Aside from its resort style living and charm, every employee that I deal with has been amazing! They have taken care of any request I have in an incredibly timely manner, they treat everyone with such respect and the property is absolutely beautiful! The location is also awesome and definitely a desirable place to be. Do yourself a favor and take a tour of the property. I think you’ll love it just as much as I do. I am so happy to be a resident here and I cannot say enough great things about it.

I have lived here for a little over four years now and I love it! I truly love my apartment, and all the staff. The office and maintenance staff are absolutely wonderful, they’re always helpful and very responsive. I always recommend The District when I hear someone talking about moving.
