From the moment I walked in, Mikayla made me feel welcome and comfortable, creating an inviting and stress-free atmosphere. What stood out the most was their professionalism and knowledge. They took the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of the apartment and the community, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Their attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for the property made the tour both informative and enjoyable. The apartment itself was beautiful, but what really made the experience memorable was Mikayla's friendly and approachable demeanor. They didn't just show me the space; they helped me envision it as a home. They offered insightful suggestions on how to make the most of the layout and highlighted features that perfectly matched my needs and preferences.

St. Andrews is the best apartments I ever lived in. From the office to the maintenance to the amenities, nothing but top-notch. And on top of that, all employees are so friendly and polite. You barely know they work here. They are more like friends. Pricing is appropriate. Location is great. They streamline the move in. No wasted time or energy. Any request is taken seriously and they work hard to make the tenant happy. They have never missed once with me. I assume everybody gets that same treatment. Great place to live!

St. Andrew’s has become my home. I re-leased the minute they typed it up. I couldn’t be happier with the property manager, agents and maintenance people. To be crude,they bust their ass. For example I see one particular maintenance man regularly after 9 or 10 at night hustling to an emergency service call. I honestly don’t think that happens at other complexes. At the office,I walk in and they treat me like a king. I have also observed that behavior with every other tenant that goes to see them. Everybody walks out with a smile! And the property speaks for itself. Aside from recent wind damage, the property is always at peak maintenance. They don’t have a giant crew. I don’t know how they do it. Probably by really caring.

The community is quiet and the space for cost is an awesome bargain. The staff is helpful and immediately addresses any concerns or issues upon being notified. Lastly, the location is 5 - 10 minutes for all shopping needs.

After searching for a long time for a new place, I found St. Andrews and absolutely fall in love, my tour was very special, I felt welcomed since the minute I walked in. I found everything suitable and perfect for my dog and I to live. I couldn’t wait for the time to move in. Now that I’m in here I can’t be more excited. Very nice place to call home. My husband and I sold our home two years ago and moved to St. Andrews complex. We stay in a two bedroom with an attached garage. Love it!!!!!

St. Andrews is a community situated near every retail store without racking up miles or burning gas. The two resort pools and two hot tubs is a vacation in your backyard. The community offer fun activities for holidays like Halloween Trunk N Trick, Valentines Cupcakes, Wine Days, Taco Truck Thursday and many more. The leasing office keeps you informed about maintenance projects, Amazon deliveries, activities just to name a few. By comparison to other apartments in the area, St Andrews offer more for your money. More amenities, larger walk-in closets, garden tubs, dog park and a helpful caring staff.

The area is super close and can walk to groceries, shopping, restaurants, Starbucks in every corner and bank. The office staff are approachable and help right away. Apartment is spacious with patio and with washer&dryer in each unit. There were small issues when we moved in but maintenance were able to fixed it on the next day.

The staff at St. Andrews are so attentive to your needs. My husband and I wanted to transfer to a 2 bedroom with an attached garage. We expressed that to the staff, and they were on the lookout for us. They notified us when a 3 bedroom with an attached garage became available, but we declined it because it was out of our price range. The maintenance guys are always on their job when something needs to be repaired in the apartment. We were able to move into a two bedroom with an attached garage last month, and I truly love our apartment. We don't plan on going anywhere else because the apartment feels like home and ALL the ladies in the office are wonderful!

Agents are eager to help or answer questions. Maintenance workers very sharp and not only fix problems but explain the breakdown. They work hard to be quick, and I see them all day long flying to the repairs. Complex is clean…never see trash around. Tenants are also great people, and that matters. You see the neighbors more than the employees. Have had some things done after hours…never a problem with them coming in. Would recommend living here to anybody.

St. Andrews is a community that we would recommend 100%, it is clean, illumination is really good, common areas are beautiful and the office staff is very kind, responsive and also, they offer a lot of activities for the families... The location could not be better, it has EVERYTHING close by, even walking... 100% recommended!!!

St Andrews is not just an apartment complex it’s a community. It’s centrally located in Pearland/Silverlake close to many retailers and restaurants. The staff cares about their residents and go over and beyond to make this a clean & safe home for us. There are tons of amenities such as gyms, pools with hot tubs, dog park, play ground and an Amazon locker room. There are also monthly community events. I love living at St Andrews and would recommend it to anyone looking for a true sense of home.
