Shadowbrooke has become my home, the community is excellent. The office is always so kind, polite and caring which is refreshing. The maintaince team is always so polite, professional and get the work done promptly. Plus they always watch out for my door dashing cat.

For the past 3 years, Isaiah has made living here at shadowbrooke feel like paradise. Living here is so easy! The property and staff are organized and on point with everything they do. If there are any issues they get resolved We don’t ever want to leave!

Shadowbrooke has been my home since 2017. I feel very secure and safe here. The staff are very friendly and comfortable to talk to. Seem as though they have your interest to accommodate you. The community is clean and quiet.

Shadowbrooke has been my home for seven plus years. I’ve had no major problems here. The office staff is great, friendly and help you to solve any problem you present to them. The Maintenance staff is terrific . Friendly ., and very knowledgeable of their job. The grounds are kept clean and maintained.

The best home ever!!! 100% pet friendly and it has a children's and pet park. We have lived here for over 9 years, our community is safe and clean. I feel like they genuinely care about me and my family. I've never lived anywhere better. The maintenance staff and everyone in the office is so remarkable!!!!! First I would like to welcome our new Community Manager, Mr Isaiah. We love him very much! He is very friendly & helpful and patient with each and everyone!!! A special thanks for our Assistant Manager Ms Marixa, who always knows what you need and makes sure everything is taken care of. A BIG welcome to our sweet & kind Leasing Agent Ms. Amber, who never forgets what you need and is always ready to help you. Let's welcome our new Leasing Agent Ms Allison, who is very sweet and always willing to help ^_^~ P.S. A big special thanks to our maintenance team, they're always on top of their game! The Maintenance Manager Mr. Rogelio is a master of his craft, friendly and caring, he is the best and professional with his work . Shadowbrook seems like a quiet community. The demo units were very clean, well maintained inside and outside. Amber Miller was very friendly, even though I was shy. I am definitely keeping Shadowbrook on my top 3 list of apartment choices. Hopefully before my goal move in date, the a2 unit that is 857 sq ft is available for touring so i can see how much more bigger it is compared to the 709 sq ft that was available for viewing.

The community is above average. Crown molding, lovely French doors, natural light and open space is very pleasant. Far above the impression made by the buildings and grounds, Allison is a terrific ambassador for Shadowbrooke. Capable, knowledgeable, courteous and able to juggle distractions, we were very pleased to think she's a significant aspect of the complex.

Office staff (Amber) is friendly, superb, very accommodating, just the best. Love the look and cleanliness of the pool. I appreciate the convenience for the apartments to include internet. Wish the gym had more/better weight training options.

Amber the leasing agent I spoke with was a huge help. She got me going and showed me the Apartments on a short notice. Was very nice and very cordial. Over all very pleasant meeting. Then the apartment A2 was perfect if I could’ve I would’ve gotten it that same day! Happy to be apart of the community!

Shadowbrooke has been my home for the last six years years. I enjoy it very much. Your home privacy is great. The campus is clean and well kept. The office staff as well as the mantience staff is very friendly , reliable and competent. I love them and my home. Very versatile.
