The move out process was smooth and easy. We appreciated the reminder to give notice of our decision to move. I had called the front office prior to our move out date to confirm what needed to be done and did end up needing to mail in our parking stickers, but I appreciated the option to mail those in as we are not in the same area anymore. After we moved out, we were notified that we had a balance on our account, which we promptly disputed. The front office was excellent at quickly communicating with us and resolving this issue as it had been a system mistake.

I had a wonderful time! If not for finding an actual house I would be there instead, LP was amazing ?? I loved her and all her amazing energy as well as her extensive knowledge, she was ready answer all my questions and concerns without missing a beat! I love all of the features and everything is so reasonably priced! 5/5 should I ever need to look into apartment living again, this one is really high on my list.

Christian was wonderful. He knew so much about the property. It was a huge and very welcome change from my recent viewing of previous complexes. I am very interested in living at San Palmilla and am just waiting for a floor plan to open up in my move in window near October 7th. I am checking your website twice a day! Very excited! Lindsey was the Leasing Professional who assisted my daughter and I with our tour. This will be my daughter’s first home away from our home. So, her comfort means everything to us and Lindsey definitely assured us that she will be comfortable, not just in her own apartment but in the beautiful community. I planned on touring at neighboring communities but we believe we found her new home in San Palmilla! I knew I was home when I pulled up. But what got me to see San Palmilla was the outstanding customer service from Christian. He reached out, was professional and not sales-pushy", sent a quote-- and when I was on site he was fabulous. Christian answered all my questions gave great information and was extremely friendly and professional. The property and him makes me want to lease!

The apartment is well taken care of and is quite stylish. My favorite thing is the amenities such as the hot tub and pool. I absolutely love the place and would recommend to someone that isn't yet ready for a house.

I’ve lived in many apartments, and I can honestly say none have ever been as great as San Palmilla! The staff is beyond amazing, accommodating, very friendly and super helpful. The complex is GORGEOUS! Even the residents are remarkably friendly! The move-in was seamless and very easy. 10/10 would recommend!

San Pamilla has been the best apartment complex that I’ve lived in! It is quiet, well kept, has great amenities, food trucks visit often, office staff/maintenance are quick and awesome at what they do! The overall location of the apartment complex is VERY convenient as well. Living 5 mins from the mall, a few shopping centers, and tons of restaurants is something that may be difficult to find anywhere else. My experience here has been flawless and I’d recommend it to other people!

We have been at San Palmilla for six months now. We sold our house and downsized, so this is our first time renting. We cannot be more pleased with the community, the staff in the office and the maintenance team! The property is quiet, beautifully cared for, and I feel completely safe. The office staff is friendly and accommodating when we need anything. Maintenance handles service requests so quickly and professionally. We are thrilled with our new home!

A blessing and gem. The wonderful staff members and maintenance crew I've encountered are always smiling. And the atmosphere of the community is lit with love. Any residents I've encountered seem content and confident in their surroundings. I don't have any pets, yet, but it is enjoyable to see those who do and of all sizes.
