I love my Riverbend home! It was everything that we were looking for. The staff and maintenance team is also so friendly and always willing to help. One of my favorite things is how Riverbend invites food trucks occasionally for the community! Delicious treats and snacks :)

We really like that the community is gated and isolated from other developments while still being close enough to the freeway. Everyone seemed really friendly that we saw, especially Serene. She was a big part in our decision to rent.

Riverbend is a quaint tucked away area with a very small community. It feels like your own little secret place very quiet, surrounded by trees and greenery. The sound of nature always around with birds small insects even the tiny lizards come up and visit you every morning we like it here at Riverbend and I think you will too.

The managers are very nice and professional, and addressed any issues we had pretty quickly. The maintenance team is also pretty quick to come (usually within 24 hours) and take care of business. It is convenient that Riverbend provides valet trash service as well as the pest control service. I appreciate the communication on things that happen within the community and on the maintenance requests in case there is a delay in providing the service for whatever reason.

The community is very strategically located just near the highway, but away from the hustle and bustle of the main road. The smart features make the offerings attractive. Good efforts by the management. The fact that it is gated with security features makes it a valuable consideration in the decision making process

Location Is good. People are nice here and their Staff are friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious and the environment feels safe. Great place for professionals who want quietness and also want to enjoy the city because you don't need to drive far to get what you want, some are even a walking distance. Nice place to call a home.

We have loved this place from the moment we met Keisha. She helped with the application process and made our move seamless. We love the community, our new apartment, and the staff. The maintenance crew is amazing and has helped with anything we have needed. The neighbors are friendly and the grounds are clean and quiet. The upgrades and amenities are so nice and we feel right at home. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to live! We are constantly sharing our experience with our family and friends. We are very happy here!
