The people at this office deserve all the awards and praise! The property manager, Kelly, was incredibly helpful and sincere. She stepped in to assist her leasing agent, Cassandra, while Cassandra finished her corporate Zoom call. Kelly was patient and personable during our tour of the property. She takes pride in her work and spoke very highly of Venterra. I even noticed her picking up pieces of trash around the property during our tour. 5 STARS!

Place is amazing I love the view from my front porch. The staff is very friendly and so are the neighbors. Love seeing all the different dogs around here.

Overall I've renewed 3 maybe 4 times it's been great staying here minus the small issues I've had if it wasn't so expensive I wouldn't even think about looking anywhere else. The office/lease manger knows me be name just from out few interactions which is very showing she cares and I've seen her at the pool a few times always friendly as well.

All of the updates and amenities are good but the apartment is not in great condition. Specially the floor and paint. Everything was clean but there is a bad smell perhaps in the AC or water.
