The community is incredibly enticing!!! I was in love with everything I saw from the get-go, the grounds are gorgeous, the model unit was beyond expectation and Victoria even took the time to show me another larger unit (we’re holding out in hopes to get a Bayhill floor plan!!) Everything about Fairways was welcoming and makes me excited to hopefully soon call them home!

I have just signed my third lease with Fairways at South Shore. When I made the decision to sell my home and begin apartment living, I was very nervous about making the right decision. After two full years, I can say "well done"! I could not be happier with my apartment, the staff, amenities and location of the complex. Fairways is so well maintained and kept clean. The atmosphere is quiet and welcoming.

I have only lived here for a few weeks but have enjoyed my experience much more than any other apartment I have lived in. The community is so kind and things are always gotten taken care of by maintenance and workers. The front office is so kind and really cares about your experience at The Fairways. I plan on staying here for a very long time.

After owning my home for 20 years, I decided to sell, relocate to the coast, and become an apartment dweller. I have not regretted my decision to make Fairways my home for one second. It is a beautiful community, quiet and peaceful with great staff and friendly tenants.

Fairways at South Shore apartments are a lovely community. The grounds are well kept, the management and maintenance groups are excellent. The neighbors are polite, friendly and helpful. This is a great home.
