If you’re looking for a great place to live. Where the staff are friendly and helpful, dog friendly, close to stores or schools and the property is kept up and clean. Then look no further. College View can be that new home you’re looking for!

I love it here, as i feel safe and everyone is friendly, it safe enough that kids hang out every afternoon, and everyone smile as each others.

CV is a quiet, quaint community that is full of kind faces and friendly neighbors. Even though I live on the second story, the complex is small enough to keep from feeling like I have to trudge up a mountain just to carry groceries in! However, the units are spacious and open.

This place’s staff is excellent maintenance comes in a quick manner and gets the job done. And the girls up front are quick with anything needing to be addressed and really put effort into what they do around here.
