I love it here, as i feel safe and everyone is friendly, it safe enough that kids hang out every afternoon, and everyone smile as each others.

CV is a quiet, quaint community that is full of kind faces and friendly neighbors. Even though I live on the second story, the complex is small enough to keep from feeling like I have to trudge up a mountain just to carry groceries in! However, the units are spacious and open.

This place’s staff is excellent maintenance comes in a quick manner and gets the job done. And the girls up front are quick with anything needing to be addressed and really put effort into what they do around here.

Taylor in the office has been the best leasing agent I have ever dealt with. She is kind, responsive, and always on top of everything. Her positive and polite attitude and respectful demeanor to my entire family has been wonderful. She should be commended for the effort and respect she shows at all times. Maintenance staff has been wonderful and exceedingly responsive and respectful.
