I had a great tour with Jonsua. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the property and all of the amenities. I was especially excited about the door looks, where entry can be accessed by entering a code. I also loved the gym and bike storage. Jonsua has followed up with me several time and his customer service has been exceptional. I'm a little early in my search but Cendana is definitely top of my list.

Really Enjoyed the experience and the tour. The leasing agent was extremely helpful, knowledeable, and accommodative. She is an asset to your community for sure. I am so glad she was working the day I wandered in. The shared spaces like business center, work areas, pool, were all very nice! The gym was not a "wow" compared to the other amenities. It was ok. Overall, great place you have there. I am really hoping to sign a lease in a month or so

After 33+ years of home ownership, we were nervous about renting an apartment again. The whole process was quick and easy with the management team and with the shape of the apartment at move in, we toured many complexes and love our apartment with a balcony overlooking the pool. Very happy with our choice.

The request for maintenance through completion was terrific. Helen in front sales/concierge assisted in submitting my request for battery replacements for fire alarm as it was going off. She kept me posted throughout regarding status and Adi (? not sure spelling of his name) came in a timely way. Was in and out with testing then in short order. It's what you expect from a High End, first class complex and I experienced it. Well done.

Sadie was and is super AMAZING! She gave the best tour ever and she was full of knowledge and positivity. She was mentally sharp as well as dressed to impress. Trey was also exceptional. My husband and I came back but Sadie was off and stepped in on her behalf to make sure our needs were met without reserve or exception :) The staff at this location is amazing and definitely customer friendly and all three are knowledgeable and willing to be of service to EVERYONE who walks through the door.

The community is very nice and very appealing to the eye inside and out. The ladies at the front desk were very kind & pleasant. The office decor was an excellent chic vibe. Kudos to whoever put it all together! The area is great. Prayerfully, the community management will maintain & upkeep the entire property as well as it is now,.. always. This is definitely a contender in choosing between a few properties that I have visited & narrowed it down to. The only thing that has me on pause & that I am contemplating now, is the extremely high price of the garage rental. I will definitely need a garage. Once I figure out if it will be feasible to add to the price of the 3 bedroom rent, I will make my decision.

Sadie was very informative and engaging. Our past experience with apartments was not special. We are moving from a 3000 sq ft home to an apartment to downsize. Sadie made us feel comfortable. So much so that we don’t mind parking outdoors. Your garage rates are expensive.

The apartment was super cute, but the amenities???!!! They blew me away, and was the overall deciding factor. I had the best, most energetic leasing agent, Helen (hopefully I got that right). She answered all my questions, and offering me a glass of wine was the cherry on top! I can’t wait to move in next month.

This is one of the best, if not the best, apartment complexes I have stayed in Houston. Having leased with this company at a different location several years ago, I can attest that they consistently maintain high standards. Clean and welcoming environment, spacious pool area, and plenty of amenities ensure you never feel bored. The staff are well-trained and attentive; maintenance gets the job done quickly. I've only been living here for about a month, but so far, I have very little to complain about. The view from the patio is marvelous, totally worth the rent. I am optimistic that this will continue to be a wonderful home for years to come.
