Calais Midtown is family friendly. Both the residence and staff at Calais Midtown always make our family feel welcomed and loved! Plus Calais Midtown is so close to Museums, parks, and work downtown. Calais Midtown is our home.
No apartment complex is perfect. The location is great, the management is pleasant, the price is right and we feel safe. The new automatic garage door hasn’t worked in months and I have to use a phone app to open the door every time I enter the garage. I think I will get distracted one day and drive into the column. This is probably why people drive into the gate in the past. The elevator breaks often. I live on the fourth floor and it’s not an issue unless I have groceries or returning from a trip with luggage. I feel for the resident that uses a walker. We pay for reserved parking and people often park in our space even with the space marked reserved. The tow company is useless. They take hours to arrive. But, I will stay regardless of these minor issues.

This is a really great option. I had not realized until after my tour how close the rail line is - that will be a good option in good weather to take to medical center where I work! Calais is high on the list for my choices

Betty was great! Throughout my time at the Calais, Betty has been the shining star of the management there, she's always happy to help and understands the situation, even when other staff was unwilling or unable to help.

I love the apartments, all common areas and rooms are very spacious, patios are nice (if you get an extended one) the neighbors are all considerate, quiet and kind. Also Betty and other staff members are very helpful

The Calais is a wonderful place to live. Apartments are well taken care of and the management staff really cares about the community. Not to mention the location is unmatched. Very walkable and a 10 min car ride from everything. I would definitely recommend you give it a try!

Great complex and community. Office staff and maintenance are friendly and helpful. The garage is gated and I’ve never felt unsafe around the property.

Didn’t realize I needed to talk to the leasing office the day of my move out, kind of thought. I was just go ahead and get out since there are no keys or anything to turn in. But I think that might’ve been on me not reading the instructions properly… Betti made sure that everything was taken care of and I’m so grateful for her and all the hard work that she does every day!

Mauro was the best! He guided us through the entire process from the tour to the the application process. He was very patient explaining the itemized bills and all the amenities. Even when we had questions after hours, he answered his personal phone to assist us. His customer service was great and he is very polite. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell us, he really believes and trusts the service we’ll receive from being residents at the property. What a great experience! We can't wait to move in! Thanks Mauro and team (Eric was very helpful as well).

I really like the convenience of living in midtown. The apartments gives me a safe space, I like how I can open the garage gate and doors with my phone before I even pull up. I love the security and my apartment, I enjoy coming home!
