This is a very nice assortment complex. Quiet. All repairs are made extremely timely. The staff are so nice. I always feel safe, day or night. The rent is a little more but I feel it is worth it. The only thing I wish is that there was a hot tub and adult after hours for the pool and said hot tub if they would add one.

Boulevard at Lakeside is a great place to live, a testament of this is we've been here since 2017. The Office Staff and Maintenance Department are outstanding. The Office Staff are quick and timely in addressing each of my request and concerns and always a pleasure to talk to. The Maintenance Department have completed all my work orders in a rapid time frame and have always left our home clean and undisturbed.

The water supply line to the upper unit had a small leak which was identified by a small wet spot on the ceiling. Heather and Tony traced down the source of the leak which was repaired in a timely manner. Due to the nature of the leak being in the ceiling cutting into the sheetrock to access the leak made a significant mess. Heather and Tony ensured that the debris was contained and the entire area of the repairs was kept clean to mitigate the spread of dust to the remainder of our unit. The repairs were completed over several days. Heather was diligent in keeping us informed and made considerations to our work schedule to lessen the disturbance to our day. Repairs were made in a most timely timeframe due to the nature of sheetrock repair which required drying time. Final paint and cleanup was fantastic!
