Bella Ruscello is a nice property. Maintenance works hard and is very nice and friendly. The office staff is kind and easy to talk to. They consistently work on bettering the property and keeping it clean and safe.

I’ve thoroughly enjoy living at Bella Ruscello, primarily because of the safe and welcoming environment. The office staff and maintenance are not only attentive to any issues that arise but are also genuinely nice, making it easy to reach out when needed. I appreciate how clean the area is and how well the management maintains the overall appearance of the property. It's comforting to know that I live in such a well-kept community.

Maintenance is diligent in completing work orders. David Dooney and Javier Garcia are very good and prompt at achieving and reconciling the issues and problems I have in my apartment. They are friendly and very professional.

Marylou/Nora/Javier are the best people at my apartment complex. They are so easy to speak with and they make sure things get done properly accurately and in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone to stay yet move in this complex.

I've lived in this apartment community for 2 years, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The location is fantastic—close to shopping, dining, and about 10 minutes from downtown Dallas making it incredibly convenient. The community itself is well-maintained, with beautifully landscaped grounds and clean common areas. The staff is always friendly and responsive, and the maintenance team is top-notch, handling any issues quickly and efficiently. The amenities, like the pool and fitness center, are a great bonus, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to call home!

I have lived at Bella Ruscello for fifteen years and 11 months under several management's Team. Our current management Team is Excellent. Ms. Garcia and Ms. Nora goes out of their way to please residents. I have observed them over the years. Also, they are working managers, and always available for assistance.

The maintenance team here is 100/10! I can put in a request and have it looked at (if not completed) within a day! The neighborhood is quiet, nice, and clean. Very happy with Bella Ruscello.

I knew from when I first toured Bella Ruscello it was going to be my new home and it has! It has been the best experience overall that I've ever had in apartment moves in the 11 years since I've moved here. The amenities, the staff, the neighbors, the peacefulness has truly been a joy to have found! It's location is perfection for all your needs. What a gem!

I came from a horrible divorce. Had to leave a 4 bed, 2.5 really nice home. I’d gone to AT LEAST 20 properties over the course of 2 weeks. On this particular day, I’d visited 6-7 properties and Bella Ruscello was the very last one. I fell in love with the courtesy of the front office more than anything. Mari was EXTREMELY helpful and wanted to reassure me that she’d do all she could to help me apply and move in. After all the properties I’d visited, she was hands down the BEST representative of a property. Very patient, very helpful and thorough and answered all 100 questions I had. She made me a priority immediately. And this was all in the middle of conducting her normal business. This woman was heaven sent. She took my sadness and turned it into a smile. There was no pressure to rent, but definitely gave me every reason to rent!! I loooove my apt. It’s spacious enough. And the upgrades are fabulous and brand new!! The property stays very clean. And the entire property is very quiet. These tenants must come from the same background. Because no one hangs out. Apparently it’s work and home for everyone!! The location is wonderful. Food places, and shopping within a 2 mile radius. There’s a very nice and large pond and park directly behind the complex. With a gate in between but code access! The fitness gym is literally top quality and usually always empty! The pool is very nice, clean, large and has a separate hot tub!! It’s like God took my divorce situation and lead me here because I’m more than satisfied for sure!! Thanks Mari, Nora, Gail and the young Hispanic maintenance guy (sorry I can’t remember his name lol). Guys, I don’t even do reviews but had to give these guys their props!!!
