Wonderful community. The community has just about everything to meet everyone’s needs from adults, children, and pets. In addition, the community felt very relaxing and safe.
Excellent professionalism and dedication, they attended to maintenance requests efficiently. The maintenance staff and supervisor are very kind and respectful, they were attentive to solve the requirements of each order and of course they went the extra mile. My children and I are happy with the installation of the TV in the living room, now we can enjoy the space more, together as a family. Thank you very much Maintenance Team, for taking care of our well-being and stay in the apartment, once again we feel honored to belong to the great AVASA GROVE WEST family!

I love the way that you feel like your on a permanent vacation living and waking up every morning being at this beautiful setup you have at the apartment complex.It really feels like a resort style of living and there’s so much to do around you in terms of entertainment, restaurants and much more.

Maria was wonderful!!! We are looking at places for my elderly parents. Maria was kind, patient and very knowledgeable! Loved her jokes and accent. My parents are still deciding and it’s a big decision for them. Maria did everything perfectly. Thank you

This apartment community is pretty new and the common grounds are maintained very well. The clubhouse and associated amenities are top notch, especially the fitness and pool areas. It's a bit off the beaten path in Wesley Chapel but close to access I-275 or The Grove and Krate shopping plazas.

This is a great community, the staff is always available to help! Close to everything, including supermarkets and restaurants, also the grilling area and the pool are the best!

I have been looking around the Wesley Chapel community and your design, concept, finishes & facility are the best on area. Mariia was exceptional on all the aspect on showing the areas & explaining all different options of lease offers & agreements.
