Avasa at 1604 is a very clean and modern property with an excellent management staff. I have lived at this property for over 2 years and have not had any complaints. The maintence crew does a phenomial job of with the properties upkeeping. There are many community events.

Avesa at 1604 is a great place to live! Venterra does a beautiful job managing the property and offers every amenity under the sun. Great central location and affordable rent and amenity prices for everything that is included.

This place has the hardest working maintenance staff I’ve ever seen and they are super professional and friendly. I really appreciate the help you have given me. The office staff is always very friendly and the grounds neat and clean and location is awesome.

The service request was put it on 2/18 and on 2/19 a maintenance person came out and took care of the service request. Overall it was a quick response and quick fix.

We have loved living at Avasa. The fitness center and pool are above anything we have encountered anywhere. The staff are great and very responsive.
